We would be remiss if we did not mention Sabin Snow. Sabin is a fitness trainer at the YMCA and without a doubt has more mileage logged than anyone in the Prescott area. Sabin figures he has 75,000 miles to his credit.
Alas, my last car didn't get that many miles! Sabin began running marathons in 1975 and 100 mile races in 1979 when very few were attempting such difficult tasks. The mileage has taken it's toll on Sabin's knees so what does he do? He enters and wins the Whiskey Row 10K RACEWALK in 2005! Sabin's Ultra marathon efforts are superb and he can walk 10+ minute miles!

We are sponsoring a 3 race series for 2010 (6 for 2011) in Prescott! The races; Run for the Creeks (8/28), Groom Creek (9/19) and Prescott Fire dept (10/16) will be included in the 2010 series with prizes from Salomon shoes for male and female, open and masters categories. Dan has devised the scoring system and you must run 2 of the 3 races to get scoring as well as pregistering before the Groom Creek race...
