Attached is the registration form for the April 21st run for Simon Paige.
On page 2, you will find a note from Simon on what he is trying to accomplish.
On page 3 you will find the registration form. there will be forms at the race itself but if you want to fill it out in advance, please copy and paste it to a Word document (or similar)because it will print too small from here. At least if you are using Firefox. There will be a 9AM event and 4PM event. Times will be combined.

This is a donation run to help him go to france this summer. He comes from a single parent family and funds are tight. Simon is a star runner at PHS already as a Sophomore. simon ran for Heidi in Middle school and is a super nice young man that I have had the pleasure to talk to on several occasions.
